Scrum

  1. Position correctly on set's call crouch and hold
  2. Front rows are a safe distance apart
  3. Crouched and bound
  4. Feet, hips and shoulders are all square
  5. Bend at he kness and hips
  6. Shoulders above hips at all time
  7. Head up, chin off chest
  8. Back straight-spine in line
  9. Eyes focused on target area
  10. Weight off the heels and on balls of feet
